Got Belly Fat?

I know I do and to top it off it is one of the hardest areas for me to tone up. So what is the best way to lose they belly? Well, cardiovascular exercise or going under the knife and that is not what I am about! Crunches will not be enough to clean up the mid section so get moving, add a cardio routine to your exercise plan and watch that belly disappear! It won't happen over night, so be patient and keep at it.

Patience is the key. We gained pounds and inches one at a time and that will be the way we have to lose them.

Good point Cliff! You can gain faster and easier than you can lose.

That is true. It can also be dangerous to lose weight too fast. Patience without knowledge can be frustrating. Weight around the middle is usually a sign of metabolic syndrome. This comes from spiking your blood sugars with high glycemic foods like white bread, white potatoes, rice and bagels. If you keep on spiking your blood sugar, you will soon tip over into full blown diabetes. Learn more. Knowledge is power. read my blog entry on diet soda and skip down to the part about metabolic syndrome. This should help your weight loss to be easier.
