This blog was originally started about my weight loss efforts and at times I seem to get off track and post about other things as well. I also wanted people to know about other health related issues, as our lives are very important.

So this site one to check out. We have all heard of St. Judes Medical and have heard of the things they have done. Well they sponsor a site called the HeartLibrary. This site is and interactive video library where you can go and learn about the anatomy of the heart, Arrhythmias, Heart Disease's and other conditions like Sick Sinus Syndrome. You can also find patient stories and doctors to help you if you need it.
