How Long Can I Keep It To Myself

I haven't lost very much weight, but people are starting to notice. I had a lady stop me at work and ask if I had lost some. I gave my usual answer "No, it must be the outfit!" She looked at me in disbelief and said "Well it certainly looks like you have and I won't tell anyone."

I know eventually I will have to fess up, as if it's really any of their buisness. People at my job are quick to cut your throat and I usually watch who I tell things to. The lady I was just speaking of, she is the niceast lady. Never says anything bad about anyone, very quiet, does her job and goes home. If she was closer to my age, I would hang out with her for sure! We'll see, right now I am content with my husband, son and my blogger friends knowing. I don't need negative people in my life!

I'm Not Telling

Everybody here know I am trying to lose weight, but no one else! I guess I have gone on a diet and stopped so many time people are just sick of hearing about it and it really makes me fee like a failure. A lady at my job asked me a couple of weeks ago "Are you trying to lose weight again?" In a very snarky sort of tone I might add, after I refused to a snack someone offered me. I just replied "No, I didn't want it, is that a crime?" I felt like telling her where she could go, but that would not have solved anything.

I haven't even told my own mother! It is hard not to tell her but she has heard it so many times that it is old news. It has become noticeable though, people at work are starting to as "Are you losing weight?" I just look at them with a confused look and say "No, must be the outfit." I guess it is better that way, no one to tell me "you can't have that or should you be eating that?" Quite frankly it is none of your business, just like it is none of my business why you smell like booze and wine every morning. It's not like I walk up to you and say " You smell like a booze hound, where did you get the wine, the local liquor store or one of those
wine clubs? You shouldn't do that!"

My Aching Feet

I went walking last night, not to far, one mile. My feet were killing me by the time I got home.

I usually ride my stationary bike but seeing as it is warming up outside I figured I would get to walking. I it was nice to be outside, being cooped up in the house all winter was really starting to get to me. I could go outside in the cold...umm..I think not! So I will beat-feat around my neighborhood again tonight. One mile, that's good, atleast until I can do it in 20 minutes. 20 minutes is my goal per mile, once that becomes easy I will add more miles to the line up.

Finally!

I bounced back from my weight loss or lack of weight loss this week. I jumped on that scale and managed to have dropped 2.2 pounds. Honestly I thought it was going to be more and was slightly disappointed but heck, -2.2, that is pretty good!

I guess the Annmarie version of Weight Watcher's really wasn't working out for me. I cetainlt didn't limit myself from the things I love, but I did exercise and track EVERYTHING I ate. And yes, I did say exercise!

Exercise has been something that I have not wanted to do and actually I wasn't doing it. Last week I decided that I would give it a shot and I hoped on my stationary bike or AKA "the clothes rack". I started with 15 minutes on Monday and added 5 minutes everyday, so Tuesday was 20 minutes, Thursday was 25 minutes, you get the picture. This Monday (tomorrow) I start at 30 minutes and do the same thing until I reach one hour, as long as I don't die in the mean time! 30 minutes was a struggle for this 32 year old, over weight chick!

I think one hour will be good for now.

Save A Few Bucks

Do you use coupons? Some people don't want to take the time to clip them, others don't feel the need for them, but me, well I fee different about that. See that basket below, (look down one post)? Every year, I do the same thing, I go OVERBOARD and this year I managed to say $8.00 on that basket just by using coupons. Best thing, it was all the good Easter candy! No shame in my game, that's for sure.

If you are money conscious like me then you will defiantly want to check out this free coupons site, they inform consumers of savings that you may not otherwise know about. There are coupon codes and stores with free shipping. Ladies, are you addicted to shoes like me? Well check them out for the free coupons code for 10% off your purchase PLUS free shipping! I will defiantly keep my eye on this site, with rising gas prices, well the cost of everything rising, I want to be sure to keep some of my hard earned money!

Happy Easter To All!

Did the Easter Bunny come to your house? Well, he sure came to mine!

Remember, eat his sweat treats in moderation.
(I am sure glad he didn't leave this for me!)
