unless you men wear make-up! Some do, so no chuckling!!
I know this site follows my diet, but I happen to think that there are other things that can be shared as well. We are all trying to feel good about ourselves and losing weight is just one of those ways. Self esteem come in many different forms and if there is anyway to help improve one's self esteem then I am happy to help!
Ok ladies, have you ever applied your make up and wonder if you have done it correctly? I wonder all the time. Usually the only makeup I wear is foundation and mascara, because I feel like I have applied everything else in clown fashion! But this site (click the link) will help guide you in the application of your makeup. If you are basic with your makeup like me, then let someone else know about this site. We all know someone who could use a lesson or two, maybe even three!! Less is more, unfortunalty some don't understand that concept! This site goes over the application of makeup for all parts of your face and I must say, I certainly learned a few things.

Feeling A Bit Self Concious
So I am ready for work and I am feeling a bit self conscious. I feel like every roll and bump is visible through my clothes! I know, we always think we look worse than we really do, but when you spend 20 minutes trying on different clothing and nothing seems to look any different, it makes me feel just that much more disgusted. Oh well, there isn't much I can do at this point!

My Kitchen Appliances
It seems lately that I have been having to replace my small kitchen appliances! What is the deal? First it was the toaster, now the coffee maker. I don't get it, do they all work together to decide when to crap out? LOL..so tonight I will be out at Walmart once again, this time looking at coffee makers. My husband thinks we just need a basic one, push start and that is it. I beg to differ with him, I want one that has a clock and it must have the option to go on a timer and start its self! There is nothing like waking up to fresh brewing coffee!

Are You Taking Your Vitamins?
Do you take vitamins or supplements? If not, you might want to consider taking them. I have been taking a multi vitamin everyday for about a year and have never felt better.
There are several places to get vitamins, your local pharmacy or drug store, the grocery store or one of several online stores. If shopping on line is your thing, then consider checking out supplements.net. They offer a huge variety of vitamins and supplements, everything from multi vitamins to muscle builders and vitamins for men’s health and women’s health. If you need to speak with someone about the type of vitamin or supplements you are interested in taking, you can call and order by phone as well. They will help you place your order and help guide you find what is most appropriate for you. I am no expert at suggesting what vitamins are appropriate for you to take but Supplements.net are, so consider giving them a chance, besides, you will not have to stand in line anymore!

Working Out In The Cold
If you plan to workout outside here are a few tips on staying warm.
- Dress in layers
- Your first layer should consist of thermal synthetic layer that has wicking properties. It will help pull the sweat away from your skin. Make sure it is snug, but you don't want it to be tight.
- Avoid jeans or cotton
- Your middle layer should add warmth and help keep the heat trapped. Try fleece or wool and keep it loose fitting.
- Your last layer should consist of something waterproof, have the ability to blog wind, rain and snow.
- Top is off with a hat and gloves. You are now ready to go outside and continue that same work out you enjoy doing during the warmer months.

Would You Purchase Medication Elsewhere?
Do you take prescriptions and ever wonder if you could really get them cheaper in Canada? I work with a gentleman who does just that! He makes a trip to Canada to get his prescriptions filled. My question is, is he really saving money or does the cost to drive there cancel out the savings?
If he really wants to save money, I think he would be better off using a Canadian Pharmacy that delivers to his house. Although drugdelivery.ca is not an actual pharmacy, they are an escrow service that connects the consumer to legitimate pharmacies in Canada. I guess there is a lot to consider if you plan to purchase your medications somewhere other that a conventional pharmacy. There are licensed physician that look at your medical history and must approve the prescription BEFORE it is sent to the pharmacy. They have also made it their mission to make sure that consumers can safely purchase and use the medications that are purchase on line through their Canadian Pharmacy. They takes the time to make sure company they deal with is a legitimate. That way you the consumer doesn’t have to worry that your medication came from a fraudulent place.
Now that this sounds way better to me than driving all the way to Canada! I am really very curious about all this. Do you know someone or have heard of someone who has purchased their medications this way?

Weighing In On Week 2
So how did everyone do this week? Me...umm. I lost a pound. I didn't stick to my goal of riding my bike. I did walk though so I guess it makes up for it all.
Losing weight is always hard and sometimes I feel like throwing in the towel, I had alot of that last week, but I made it through and ready to go this week! It amazes me how my motivation changes from week to week. Either I have a good week or a bad week, never in between!
Tonight I am going to run some errands, with all the talk of microwave popcorn being bad for you, I am really interested in getting one of those popcorn machines. I love popcorn and I would love to have a popcorn machine! Besides that, I need to do some grocery shopping, so I guess I will park farrrr away from the doors to get in a little exercise.
