Post Workout Foods

Ok, so you have just finished working out and now you need to refuel yout body. So what are you going to eat? A piece of fruit, a hunk of meat, a bag of chips? I was just kidding about the chips you know!

Try one of these

  • A nonfat latte
  • Bowl of wholegrain cereal
  • Indian take out
