A lot of people keep diaries; they put there inner most private and secret thoughts on paper and hide them from the world. Things that they may never tell anyone are kept secret, between sheets of paper. I don’t have one for fear that someone in my house would find it and not respect me enough to read it. I know sounds like I have real trust issues!

If you are like me and have that same fear that someone you know may find book extremely personal thoughts but still find writing helps relieve some stress why not keep an on line journal. No, I am not talking about a blog, I am talking about an online diary. Like a therapy journal easy to remember because that us the name of the site.
