The Official Word

I went to my weigh in and meting early today. Things went ok, I guess. As I sit here and try to be modest, I am busting at the seams...it was better than ok!! As of 11 am managed to drop 6 pounds this week! Much better than I thought and much more than expected. I imagine next week will be a more normal weight loss. They asked what I did to do so well, really it came down to following the program and a little less time at the computer doing research on travel insurance and so on. I defiantly am very motivated and it feels great!

It Is Going To Be A Busy Day

I have so much to do today. First and most foremost, Weight Watcher's! I go for my first weigh in. I am confident that I did okay. It was a rough week, although the first week on any weight loss program or diet can be tough. After that my son has a couple Barnes and Noble coupons that he wants to use and then I need to do some grocery shopping as well. Groceries could wait until tomorrow if need be. I prefer going to the grocery store early in the morning or later at night, the crowds tend to drive me nuts! Well, I will be back later to report how I did on the scale..

Things Are Moving Along

Thingss are going pretty well right now. I got throught the first few days of hunger and what not. Being back on Weight Watcher's makes me feel like a hughe weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. No confusing diet to follow, just common sense eating and tracking. Yes, counting points, weighing and measuring food are time consuming! Weight Watcher's has worked for me in the past and seems to be most effective. As usual, I can't wait to se what my weigh in will be like on Saturday!

No Dental Coverage?

I found something that just might be able to help you out a little.

Not many people are fortunate enough to have dental coverage. I am one of the lucky ones, but I have not always had dental coverage. If you have found yourself without dental coverage, why not consider checking out some discount dental plans. Just because it is not actual dental insurance, does not mean that you will not benefit from it. Plus you have your family to consider, your children's are teeth important, right.

You do not have to settle for just any discount dental plan, take your time and compare your options. DentalPlans.com allows you to do just that, you can research and compare over 30 discount dental plans. What might work for you and your family might not work for someone else's. Besides, with a discount dental plan it will make all of your dental procedures more affordable. You can save 10 to 60% on dental services and what may be best of all, there are no claim forms to send in and no limitations.

Ultimately the decision is yours, I have just provided a tool for you to use if you don't have any dental coverage. So why not check out the site and see if any of the plans work for you and your family. You really have nothing to lose, do you?

What To Do?

I stayed home from work today, my husband had a doctor's appointment and I had to go with him to make sure someone knows what is really going on! He doesn't really listen and it drives me nuts. Going to the doctor doesn't make anyone happy but, you have to do what you have to do and I really think it is time for him to deal with any issues he has in a more adult manner, but who am I?

Well, I am off to find some ideas for future post's.... see you back here later!

What's Going On?

I know I haven't been around to much lately, I have been struggling myself staying focused on my weight loss. Saturday I went back to Weight Watcher's. I decided I needed a little help getting back on track. When I weighed in I was surprised to see that I weighed a little more than what I originally thought, damn scale!

I have also volunteered to approve blogs over a blog traffic generating site. I have had a lot of fun doing it and soon enough I will be back on a much regular basis. I have decided that since I have the day off from work I will try to "get ahead" with my posts. Besides that there really is not to much else that is going on, I have been looking at buying my husband a new set of golf clubs. I was thinking maybe Cleveland golf clubs, but I haven't made up my mind yet!

I also want to say thanks to to Cliff over at WIXY's Gone Banana's, he gave me a wonderful award a couple of weeks back and I never accepted it at my blog. Sorry Cliff, really love the award though!
